A long-established bed and breakfast venue near Helensburgh has gone on the market.
New owners are being sought for The Rhu Inn on Gareloch Road, with offers over £265,000 being invited in what is described by agents as a “retirement sale”.
The property is being marketed by commercial real estate agency Smith and Clough, who are also advertising the Cattle and Creel restaurant in West Clyde Street, the Assembly Lounge in James Street, and Knockderry House Hotel in Cove.
The listing for The Rhu Inn states that the property is a “long established, traditional Scottish inn and B&B [dating back to] circa 1648”.
The Inn comes with a traditional public bar, lounge and games area, snug, and six letting rooms, and the listing states that it has “huge potential to introduce food offering”.
