POLICE in Helensburgh say a number of personal items were stolen from a vehicle in the town’s Duchess Wood car park recently.
Officers are seeking information from the public after a red Peugeot was targeted between the hours of 12.15pm and 3.15pm on Saturday, October 9.
The glass window on the passenger side of the parked car was reportedly smashed and items were taken from within the vehicle.
A post shared on social media said a handbag had been stolen from under the seat, and pictures showed glass strewn over the passenger side of the car.
Police say the car park was generally busy at the time of the incident and anyone who may have any information is asked to contact PC Toner at Helensburgh police office by calling 101.
