A HOTEL guest in Rhu was allegedly found to be breaching his bail conditions last weekend.
Police officers from Helensburgh were asked to attend a hotel in the village on Friday evening, October 1 after staff raised concerns for the wellbeing of a male guest.
Officers identified the guest as a 30-year-old male from Walsall within the premises.
Having ensured his wellbeing, a search of his room reportedly confirmed the presence of a 25-year-old woman and that the pair had been in each other’s company during the course of the day.
According to police, checks found that the man was breaching domestic bail conditions by being in the company of the woman.
He was arrested at the scene of the incident, and was held in custody to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.
