A MAN was arrested in Helensburgh after police attended reports of a disturbance in the town centre.
Officers were called to a private address in William Street shortly after 9pm on Thursday, September 30 in response to reports of a male causing a disturbance and banging on a door.
On arrival at the address, the officers were reportedly met by a male who was challenged regarding his disorderly behaviour and who it’s claimed immediately became verbally abusive towards the officers.
The 23-year-old man, from West Clyde Street, was arrested for his conduct and taken to Clydebank police office, where he was made the subject of a report to the procurator fiscal.
