A MAN was arrested at Helensburgh’s central station after allegedly breaching his bail conditions and refusing to leave a train.
Police were contacted by Abellio ScotRail staff on Tuesday night, April 27 who raised concerns about a male reportedly refusing to leave a train.
Officers attended the station shortly before 11pm and identified the man as a 20-year-old from Airdrie who was, according to police, subject of a curfew to remain within his home address between the hours of 7pm and 7am each day.
The man was arrested for breaching bail orders and was due to appear at court on a later date.
