HEAVY rain is disrupting train services between Helensburgh and Glasgow this evening.
Network Rail said its engineers were on site between Cardross and Craigendoran shortly before 5pm today (Thursday) due to flooding on the line.
ScotRail trains are running at 5mph on the line towards Glasgow for now, with slight delays expected on services travelling east from the town.

Yellow and amber warnings for snow are in place for much of the country over the weekend, according to the Met Office, however, the majority of Helensburgh and Lomond is expected to escape the wintry conditions.
