BOOK lovers in Helensburgh are able to browse the shelves in the town’s library once again as part of the latest stage in the phased re-opening of LiveArgyll facilities.
The West King Street library re-opened for limited browsing on October 12, and will be open between 9.30am and 12.30pm every Monday, and from 12.30pm-3.30pm every Friday.
Only browsing of book shelves, book returns and issues will be available during this phase of re-opening. There will be no access to any other library services such as computers, newspapers, study space, local history research or photocopiers.
The click-and-collect service will remain available during these opening times.
Members are not required to book a slot when visiting but numbers will be restricted and all returned books will be quarantined for 72 hours before going back out into stock.
