DRIVERS from Helensburgh are being warned that the Erskine Bridge will close overnight next week.
Detailed inspection work is to be carried out on the six high mast lights adjacent to the A82 southbound off-slips for the bridge.
In order to reduce the impact on commuters using the bridge, work will be completed overnight, under a planned closure of the southbound carriageway, including closures of the A82 eastbound and A82 westbound off-slips to the Erskine Bridge southbound.
The bridge will be closed southbound from 9pm on Monday, September 21 until 6am on Tuesday, September 22.
The slip roads to the bridge from the eastbound and westbound A82 will also be closed.
Signed diversions will be in place.
