TWO men have been charged with a number of serious offences - including breaching the coronavirus lockdown restrictions - after being pulled over by police on the A82 near Loch Lomond last week.
A silver Mazda was stopped near to the Ardlui Hotel shortly after 10pm on Tuesday, April 7 after a police check allegedly revealed the vehicle was not covered by a valid policy of insurance.
The two male occupants of the car were then detained for a drugs search which reportedly resulted in the recovery of a quantity of white powder, later testing positive for cocaine.
According to police a knuckle duster was also seized from the vehicle.
