STORM Ciara may be something of a distant memory – particularly thanks to the arrival of Dennis on the UK's shores – but while the high winds and heavy rain of last weekend may have resulted in weather misery and travel disruption, they also provided plenty of opportunities for Helensburgh's talented photographers to get some great pictures of the conditions.
Advertiser readers sent us a fantastic selection of photos showing the storm at its height as the Helensburgh pier car park and skatepark were taken over by flood water and the Clock Tower on East Clyde Street was damaged by high winds, forcing the partial closure of the A814 for public safety reasons.
Thanks to everyone who sent in their images – hopefully the lasting impact of Storm Dennis isn't quite so severe...
