A MAN from Garelochhead has been reported for an alleged breach of the peace following a disturbance in Helensburgh.
Officers on patrol in West Clyde Street were stopped at around 2am on Sunday, February 2 by members of the public reportedly concerned by the actions of a male.
Police spoke with the man who was said to have been acting aggressively and intended to start a fight with another individual.

When the man allegedly refused to calm down and again made his intentions clear that he would be fighting the other male, he was arrested for an alleged breach of the peace offence.
The 32-year-old also allegedly resisted arrest after trying to make off from officers.
He is the subject of a report to the procurator fiscal.
