MORE than 700 tablets, as well as quantities of cannabis and cocaine, were allegedly recovered from a Helensburgh man after he was stopped and searched in the town last week.
Police spoke to a male in Fisher Crescent at around 1.30pm on Friday, January 24 regarding an earlier unrelated incident, and he was subsequently detained for a drugs search.

The 25-year-old, from Suffolk Street, was charged with three counts of alleged possession of controlled drugs and reported to the procurator fiscal.
