THREE teenage boys are the subject of reports to the authorities on suspicion of stamping on a man's head in an attack in a Helensburgh street.
Police attended a report of a man being attacked in East Princes Street at around 8.30pm on Monday, December 9.
On arrival it was reported that a 21-year-old man had had his hat stolen before being attacked by three boys, who allegedly punched and kicked him and stamped on his head.

Following police enquiries, a 15-year-old boy from Malcolm Place, a 16-year-old from Townhead Road and a 16-year-old from East King Street were charged with assault to injury in connection with the incident.
The victim suffered concussion and received stitches to a wound on his arm.
Reports will be sent to the procurator fiscal and the Scottish Children's Reporter Administration.
