HUNDREDS of people paid their respects on Remembrance Sunday at war memorials and church services across Helensburgh and Lomond.
Services were held at the memorials in Helensburgh, Cardross, Rhu, Shandon, Arrochar and Cove, and at the churches in Helensburgh, Cardross, Rhu, Luss, Garelochhead, Arrochar, Rosneath and Craigrownie.
Serving Royal Navy personnel were among those who took part in the commemoration at the Hermitage Park war memorial in Helensburgh.
Local dignitaries, uniformed organisations and youth groups also paid their respects by laying wreaths at the area's memorials to remember those killed in active service.
Navy personnel also attended Remembrance Sunday commemorations in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Stirling and elsewhere.
