POLICE in Helensburgh say they are "actively seeking" a 40-year-old suspect after receiving reports of a man armed with a knife in a street in the town.
Officers received reports of a man in possession of a blade in Logie Place at 11.30am on Thursday, August 15.
They attended immediately, but the man had made off by the time officers arrived at the scene.

After speaking to people living in nearby properties, a suspect living in the area was identified; police have craved a warrant for the man's arrest and are carrying out enquiries in a bid to track him down.
