A MAN who tried to headbutt a police officer on the body has been put under curfew for three months.
Charley Malone, of Lomond Street, Helensburgh, was convicted of the assault at Clydebank police office on December 24, 2018.
The 26-year-old appeared from custody at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Friday, August 2, but Sheriff Maxwell Hendry released him back onto an existing community payback order.

The sheriff told Malone: “Things are starting to look very bleak for you indeed and responsibility for that lies with you and you alone.”
