GLORIOUS sunshine and soaring temperatures showed off Helensburgh and Lomond at its very best over the Easter weekend.
And unsurprisingly the warm spring weather prompted lots of Advertiser readers to get out and about and capture their holiday weekend activities on camera.
Many made the most of the wide variety of organised activities in the area, such as Easter egg hunts at Geilston Garden and Ardardan in Cardross, while others seized the opportunity to get out and about on walks around the town and the wider area or simply to spend some quality time with family and friends.
As the four-day holiday period drew to a close on Monday, we put out a social media appeal for your favourite pictures of the Easter fun - and it’s fair to say we were delighted with the response.
Huge thanks to everyone who shared their pictures - now, how long will it be till the sun next shines on a holiday weekend in Helensburgh...?
