A SAFE has been stolen from a shop in Luss after thieves broke into the property.
The General Store, in the village's Pier Road, was targeted in the early hours of Wednesday, February 20.

The owner of the store was informed of an alarm activation at the location and upon attending the scene a member of staff observed a window ajar.
Police were then contacted and confirmed that the perpetrators had gained entry and stolen a safe, with its contents still to be confirmed.

A number of items have been seized by officers and a forensic examination has been completed.
Helensburgh police say they are following a positive line of enquiry to detect the suspects and are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen persons or a vehicle in the area at the time.
