THE first phase of a new housing development in Helensburgh has been completed.
Occupants have moved into 16 of the 32 Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) homes at Castle Wood Court, on the site of former derelict Ministry of Defence properties in Jutland Court.

The remaining plots are due to be completed by the summer of this year, in a mixture of one and two-bedroom flats and three and four-bedroom family homes.
The development also includes six units for private rent or sale which are owned by the developer, Callum Williamson Ltd.

Danny Kelly, chair of ACHA’s Helensbugh & Lomond Area Committee, said: “I am delighted that the first 16 tenants have been able to move into their new homes at Castle Wood Court.
"It is especially pleasing that we were able to specifically adapt three of these properties to meet the needs of our new tenants”.
