HELENSBURGH Dancefit dancers are travelling to Florida to compete in Dance World's Championships in Florida next week.
The dance school's senior jazz division, Dazzlers, will be representing Helensburgh, Dumbarton and Scotland at the prestigious competition.
The group won their World's bid to compete in the competition last year in June at Jamfest Europe after they were one of three of the highest scoring teams, securing a place with their routine.
Their coach Donna Martin said the group have "worked tirelessly to get to where they are today."
She added: "We cannot wait to take to the stage and show the world what we are made of.
"We are so excited to be fortunate enough to have this opportunity once again, it's a dream come true.
"We love each other like family, through the fights, tears, stress, laughter and joy. No matter what we come together as a team, win loose or draw."
The group of six girls and one boy have been dancing since they were young and have been competing for more than a decade.
The Advertiser previously reported that the Dazzlers were ranked ninth in the world after the trip of a lifetime to Orlando, Florida, to compete in the World Championships.
Donna, who competed at the Cheerleading World's in 2006, made it her goal to get her team there and performing at that level.
Donna said: "I'm so proud to watch my team take to that stage for the second time, it really is a dream come true...once again! I love them all like my own and couldn't imagine my life or this trip without any of them, thank you for believing in my story and making it real, believe in yourself as much as I believe it you."
"Thanks to all our sponsors, En Pointe Dancewear, parducci events, Cupid crafts, let's party, The wedding planner Helensburgh and to all of our families and friends for believing in us and supporting us no matter what."
