LAMBERT - Patricia Peacefully passed away at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on Tuesday 25th January 2022 after a short illness. Much loved mother of Joanne and Nicholas, grandmother of Emma, Alex and Niamh and a good friend to many. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
