McDONALD - William (Willie/Bill) Eileen and Alastair would like to thank all who attended or watched online the funeral of our father, and who sent flowers, cards and expressions of sympathy. Thank you also to the staff of Ward 21, RAH, for compassionate final care, and to the many who looked after William and supported Eileen over the years: the carers and managers at Quality Care Scotland and all of Bill's previous Girls; Genevieve Hunter at Helensburgh Social Work Department; Dr Hadi and the team at the Millig Practice, and Anne-Marie King at the Dementia Centre. Heartfelt thanks also to Pipe Major John Low for his beautiful playing at the Crematorium, and to James Auld for going above and beyond his always excellent funeral arrangements to give Dad a warm and dignified personal send off.
